Criminal Defense
Minimizing the results of a criminal charge.
You’ve been caught with possession of a narcotic. Arrested on a DUI charge. Accused of assault. Or charged with an online crime. We never stand in judgment of any person or charge. We provide the same legal support to all our clients, regardless of your background or the crime. Everyone has a right to due process, and we’ll remain committed to your case until your rights are upheld.
Regardless of the offense, just or unjust, we can provide experienced legal advice and representation, helping you avoid a wrongful conviction or excessive punishments. It starts with responding quickly to a criminal accusation.
Our approach is comprehensive and collaborative. Our lead attorney has over 40 years of experience in criminal law, both as a prosecutor and defense attorney, in misdemeanor and felony cases. Our team will move quickly to gather evidence and build your case, and if we can’t resolve it out of court, we’ll prepare a strong case to bring to trial. We’ll do all we can to bring you a just outcome, and remain open and in close communication with you at every point along the way.
If you’re arrested for impaired driving, we’ll examine your circumstances, making sure the officer had probable cause. We’ll also scrutinize the breathalyzer or field test to determine if it was accurate. Often, it’s not. If the officer had no cause to stop you or the evidence was faulty, we’ll argue to dismiss your case. If it moves ahead, we’ll work to minimize any time served and maintain your driving privileges.
Although possession of a controlled substance may be a crime, we’ll examine how the police learned about your possession of it. At the first sign of an unlawful search, we’ll demand that the case be dismissed. If you’re convicted, we’ll argue against excessive sentencing.

We recommend involving an attorney as soon as possible, and ideally, before you or anyone is changed. If you can get out ahead of trouble, we may be able to help you avoid prosecution. It’s also important to bring in an attorney before giving a statement to the police.
