Bauserman Class Action Settlement Granted Final Approval

The Michigan Court of Claims has granted final approval of the Class Action Settlement in Bauserman v. State of Michigan Unemployment Insurance Agency. More than 3,000 Michiganders who were falsely accused of unemployment fraud between 2013 and 2015 are now able to share in this $20 million settlement.
